Gastric Pain

Those who never have gastric pain before should consider themselves as very lucky. I never thought that my gastric will come back again after several years and it hit me real hard! 

No, this is not my stomach and I wish my body is sexy like that :P


After taking some medicines and rest I still don't feel any better so I just went to get some Hot Milo and my little gal - Aple came to me and say: " Mummy, why don't you try Eno?"

I said: "Oh, ya! I forgot. Thanks for reminding me!"
Aple said: " Try it, it's nice and fizzy and yummy too."
I said: " Ok thanks! I'll try."

I drank a little cup of Eno and get some hot Milo after that. Surprisingly I felt better and heart feel warm :)
