When my mum call, something like that happen. But she is asking me about why her DVD player only play one song. Then I found out that because she did not click PLAY so it will only stuck with the menu's song.
I remember once I shock my dad when I told him to use the "mouse" to click on his computer.

This conversation is very familiar, I used to hear my ex colleagues troubleshoot through phones too.
Sometimes, really funny yet angry at the same time! haha :P
haha...i used to do that with my dad! He will call me when he got trouble with his email or computer stuffs. haha
It's the same when it comes to teaching my father how to use the technology!
